M.V. is a clean park, most residents.

We have seen no other travellers during our stay.

Manager Katy is very helpful.

Park is close to a very beautiful beach.

Reasonable prices. Spaces in the parking lot of a mobile home park. Picnic table. It was quiet except for the barking dogs. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately you can't see where your reserving before you get there and this is a very depressed area with some condemned houses, homeless people and sketchy bars. My husband's bicycle was stolen from where it was parked at the doorway of our camper. I'm very happy mine was not unhooked yet, since it is a $850 bike. His was $190. Anyway, we called police for a report and it's our fault for assuming people won't steal it. The caretakers called the owner and they all apologized.

I had fun In Port A (kite shop, a few shops, some very over priced places, and the Gaff which has fair prices, interesting atmosphere, great pizza, and belt sander races!😄) as well as Rockton (Saturday craft Market, Fuller Irish pub etc.) Its nice either direction you go.

The manager, Kathy is very kind and you can tell she genuinely cares about people's comfort while they are in this RV park.

Our space was spacious, had full hookups, and had impressive free wifi.

They were pet friendly, and the neighborhood was really nice. People were friendly and waved.

They host music every Saturday night. When I went, there were about 15 people all working together playing their guitars around other people singing. It was quite a sight to see :-D

The clubhouse is very nicely air conditioned and has a wide array of games, books, puzzles, and a trade-table. It also has a game room with pool and shuffleboard table and an outgoing mailbox. There are a few stationary workout machines as well, plus some BBQs, flowers, and picnic tables out back.

The bathroom was impressive as it was kept very clean. It was obvious that the staff do regular deep cleaning on it, as the grout, tile, walls, curtains, all around the floors everything was very clean. That's a great feeling when you are staying somewhere. The water was also hot and the showerheads high for those tall folks who can never get a shower without clunking their head ;)

They have a laundry room with very reasonable prices! As well as the price of the actual RV park was very reasonable!

The area is great! We took walks almost every day. One of the houses owns peacocks which is interesting to see and hear, but also it is within walking distance of the waterfront. Driving makes it much more easy and enjoyable, but it's less than a 5 minute drive and then you're right there by the Gulf and it's beautiful.

The RV park and surrounding neighborhood were very peaceful.

So yeah, we couldn't have had a better stay! I was a bit sad to leave but around here there is more to see!

It's mostly a mobile home park with 17 RV sites that are in a tight parking lot style. All sites are back-in and are reasonably level. Utilities work reasonably well (in my case the sewer connector was broken) and there is a decent wifi signal. The best part is that the park is in a good location away from traffic and equidistant to Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. They also have a number of community activities to offer. When I was there they had a music jam session going on. Overall I had a pleasant stay.
