Please don’t pay attention to the fake “five star” reviews. As a former MAR employee those are fake reviews. The park is in a drug, homeless infested, and run down property. Stay far away from this property. They have their one and only tucson employee managing several properties and expecting full coverage of this park. This park is in a crime infested part of town. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away!

The current management has made a huge and successful effort in turning around the park in the past few months. Cleanliness is the most noticeable difference. The area is improving and has great opportunities going forward.

Hot spot for the homeless and probably drug addicts.

Didn't feel very comfortable here. Nothing was taken from the bed of my truck.

I just didn't like being uneasy there.

A few long term residents were nice.

The grounds could've been better kept.

Use caution when connecting to water. The connections aren't very sturdy. The facilities there I didn't use, so I can't say anything about that.

Many places were located pretty close.

Banks, grocery stores, shopping, downtown. You name it and it's probably within 8 miles.

Lots and roads are pretty tight, especially if you have a lwb truck and a 30' travel trailer.

Personally, I don't think I will return. Just not my style of an RV park.

It’s a homeless/drug addict camp. Not even sure why this is being advertised as an RV park. I’ve lived a couple houses down the street for almost 3 years now and it’s a cesspool every time I drive by. Huge crowds of drug addicts inside and outside this place. They leave their shopping carts all over our neighborhood and steal our mail and break into our vehicles. And I see them going in and out of this place. I’ll be happy when this place gets demolished and built over. It would make this neighborhood way way better.

We stayed here for 1 night as we were on a road trip. The park was nice and clean from what we saw. I know some of the reviews show other things, but we didn't experience the bathrooms, as we had a self contained RV, but for the price it was a great place to stay for a night. The staff we did have contact with, were pleasant and kind (I would have asked for names, but I sometimes feel that is weird). If you are in the are and looking for a place to stop, this seems like a nice place in the Tucson area. It is on a busy street, but we usually run our fan and a sound machine at night, so it didn't bother us at all.
