One Mile West of Mio on M-72. 1215 West 8th Street (M-72).
We have been seasonal campers here now for 3 years. Brian and Barb are wonderful. This is a beautiful, clean and happy campground. Brian and Barb go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy, and this campground is CLEAN. We have been campers for over 20 years, been to campgrounds all over the state, and this place is our home away from home. The Pizza is the best I’ve ever had! The store is stocked full of anything you could need. The bathhouse is clean and I love the laundry room!! To the people who leave bad reviews- think about who the real problem is. It’s you. There are rules in place for a reason. When you ask about them and still break them- you come here and leave a bad review. That’s not fair. This is a nice family campground. This place is absolutely wonderful.
Great location for canoe or tubing trip. Small camp sites only room for one vehicle at sites with a camper. Will not allow a pitbul mix of any sort unless you lie and say it's any other type of animal.
Let me tell you about Kyle.... Neighbor to the camp ground, decided to blare his music in his car from 8 or 9 pm till around 2 am. Definitely the most disrespectful person ever, according to his partner that came out and yelled at him around 12:30. But other then the camp ground looking like it was someone's yard, and being on the edge of town across from the school, it wasn't terrible for last minute a single night stay.
Because of family, we arrived in Mio about 3 months ago planning to stay a few months. The campground we were suppose to stay in didn’t accommodate our RV. Tired and wanting
to get off the road we called Pine Acres to see if they could accommodate our 42 ft. rig. Come on over we will find a place for you the owners said. That kind of accommodation was what we received the whole time we were there. The owners try real hard to give everyone staying there, everything they need to have a great time. Unfortunately there are those people who come in and start acting entitled to do what ever they want. Then the owners have to step in to ensure all the other campers have a great time. That’s not being rude, that’s running a successful business. See u next summer at Mio Pine Acres.
