Always try to camp here when I'm paddling the river. Store within hiking distance to the north, but it closes at 7pm.

Quiet rustic campground. 7 sites accessible from road, good for RV or tent. Additional sites along the river for canoe access. Good place to stay while on the river.

Nice place to primitive camp, we set up camp here then launched kayaks from rainbow bend campground and floated down to here. A few stores nearby, one within easy walking distance. Very poor cell service, text messages only.

Beautiful place to stop, not so much to camp. Semis driving the road will make you think banshees are coming to get you. Anyone who says it's quiet or peaceful hasn't tried to sleep here.
