From jct Hwy 96 & US 41/Hwy 28: Go 5-1/2 mi W on US 41/Hwy 28.
Less than pleased with the campground staff. We were surprised with addional fees after check in and not notified of correct check out times when booking. Just super bummed because they have such a nice beach.
Nice campground our site was right next to the train tracks, we had 1 train go by so it wasn't bad. The bathrooms were nice and the shower had nice warm water. The only issue with the shower was the light kept timing out and I had to wave my arms around for it to come back on. The water pressure at the camp site was low. Overall a nice place and the beach looked really nice and they had a playscape in the water.
A beautiful view of the lake, full hook up, laundry room, couldn't ask for more. Great place to stay
This was just a beautiful location. We all had such a good time. The train is close but we barely noticed it and it went by only once a day. The store is well stocked and open until 8 pm which is convenient. The price of kayak rentals seemed a little high since no one used them and the bugs were horrible. So bring lots of protection. The bathrooms were clean and I'm picky in that department
