It's a cool campground. We camp on Halloween weekends. They have a haunted trail, trick or treating, and several other Halloween treats. I highly recommend.

The older lady at the office is not very friendly..seems to have a stuck up attitude. She didn't explain about prices for the stuff you can rent or what they offered. Campground looks like it's gone down hill. Pond didn't look very clean, the rental paddle boats looked old and worn and the laundry facilities are in need of some work as well. I like they have different activities but having karaoke go until almost 11 pm was kinda annoying especially if you have kids or older people trying to sleep.

Stayed once and constantly had people walking through our site, wouldn't have been a huge deal but they would trip over tent and pull stakes out of the ground (to the point tent fell at one side when it was happening still at night) and nothing done about it. Seems like they tend well to their seasonal but not a good place just for a night or a quick trip.

They do have beautiful cabins you can rent, but I didn't tour them. I stayed in a tent in the primitive lot, which means no water or electricity. They have several different options for sites. All sites are well maintained and of a good size. They have paddle boats and canoe/kayak you can rent at a decent price. The lake was beautiful and it was very nice to swim and fish in. Had a great time and will be going back.

Not the best of campgrounds. More of a trailer park, than a campground.. lots of permanent trailers not rvs. People here are very rude. Ruined out work/family trip. Separated our huge group with campers in-between (after we requested group site) who did nothing but complain about our every move, and threatened our children. Bathrooms were filthy, not very much to do. Run down. We do ALOT of camping and it's safe to say no one from our group would ever return. Be cautious.
