This campground "used" to be a KOA and standards have dropped very low. The trash was over heaping...our plug in was worn out & needed extra cords to stay plugged in. Smoke blowing into pool area from trash being burned? We had to use 30 Amp as 50 Amp sites aren't many. The roads are dirt and not graded often and campsites were muddy....Nor are there posted signs which was is in or out. ATV riders all hours of day & night. One supposed co owner took our cash money for an ice cream cone...never washing her hands she went over & scooped our ice cream. I almost didn't take it. (No gloves and not sanitary to handle cash and not wash hands.) We needed to change spots after day 4...not a problem. The problem arose when someone stayed in our assigned new spot well after 1pm as we waited at the dump station. Check out supposed to be 12pm. As I went into the office (They were like...yeah we will tell the people to leave. What?? Thats gonna take another hour! ) We vacated our old spot... on time. Either the owners were confused about what spot they told us...or didn't care to problem solve as our day was being wasted waiting for someone to check out of the spot THEY assigned us.... but our spot we booked was still occupied well after check out. I did get upset that my day and money was being wasted waiting. However, the lady in the office claimed on Yelp... I cussed her. That NEVER happened. What did happen was after waiting an hour and a half my husband and I are not going to pay for a spot that was occupied by another camper. Usually owners have everything organized between moving spots to make sure everyone is checked out on time! You can't run any business by sitting around and hoping it all works itself out. They refused to refund our money. I told this lady.... I'd take it up with the credit card. She got pretty irate. I was upset too...she seemed okay with raising her voice to me but when I raised my voice back...she then changed tactics saying I was "scaring" her kids. This was not productive so I left the office. I briefly informed my husband we'd leave after I got a photo of our camp spot being occupied. On my way to take the photo I hear a man screaming & yelling and using some nasty profanity the entire campground could hear. The woman I spoke to was mad at me and instead of investigating the situation she sent her husband over to accost my husband. (Neither man was involved or witnessed the conversation between her and I.) Her husband is screaming F bombs and threatening my husband. After 36 years of dealing with the public my husband doesn't put up with gutter talking nonsense and held his own.... still I called 911 for police...the operator already knew the campground and the man I described. I did yell at this big guy (who claimed to be co owner to my husband) that I was on the phone to 911 and police were coming. Boy, did he leave the situation quickly. (Which means he has had police called on him before.) Thankfully the 911 operator stayed on the phone with me until we left safely. We've camped for years and never had an experience like this. Other reviews have discussed the aggressiveness of these people. I believe they told us a different spot then what they assigned in the computer or later changed it and didn't make notes on the situation. They are ill equipped to handle problems. Either way....they wasted half our day. My credit card gave me back my money.

Nice campground! Pool is very nice and well kept, showers and bathrooms are clean as well. The only thing that didn't give this campground 5 stars is there is not enough room at campsites. There is just enough room to park a camper, no room to park your vehicle.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our site was very spacious!! The campground was packed which in my opinion means they are doing something right there. They have on-site laundry which is an amazing amenity. Even though campground was full we was able to shower without a wait. They also have a pool that stays open until 10p. Thanks again!!
