Great place to live but needs to trim trees and fix roads especially when you are raising the rent!!!
Well if you want everyone to know your business then move here. There so called manager Ms Sue will gossip and spread rumors the minute your out of hearing range. If she's being friendly it's probably because your handing her money. Some people get citation after citation it's borderline harassment and other tenants get away with whatever they got going on. Don't rent a space from them you still regret it

Was a cozy looking RV Park, very full yet quiet. Wish more spaces were available.
Pretty run downed but cheap lot rentals unfortunately every lot is full right now as 11-18-2023.
