From jct I-82 & N Rd 68 (exit 9): Go 1/4 mi N to Burden Blvd, then E for 2 blocks to Convention Pl, then S for 2 Blocks to Home Run Rd, then E for 2 blocks.
Susan who works the scheduling/check-ins office is fabulous. So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She even taught me a few tips on my cell phone. This park is a true find. We definitely would stay here again. We especially liked how close the 3 cities are and all of the restaurants and stores
This park is far and away the best rv park in the tri—cities. The management is terrific The spaces are large with concrete and level. The landscaping is manicured. Susan (the manager) goes the extra mile to help with site location appropriate for the size of your rig. Clean restrooms and laundry facilities. We stayed in a class A motorhome
Beautiful, spacious sites, & more importantly quiet. Landscape is well manicured. Living there alone, I never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Pasco. Thank you Susan for being so amazing! Do not second guess staying here. You will not regret it.
Susan was great! Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Park itself was well cared for and very nice. Close to many activities and markets. Highly recommend staying here.

Awesome Park, Clean, Paved with Concrete stalls and side by side parking. Plenty of space between RV’s. Utility hookups are done right and in the perfect spot. Perfect landscaped grass, Bathrooms are always clean and the dumpster is always empty and well kept. Management is Awesome and always accommodating. I’ve spent a lot of time here annd have always been taken care of. Only place I stay in town. Perfect location and close to everything. Thank you
