The place is big, clean and roomy. Basically a huge parking lot with grass in-between sites. No trees, and felt very industrial. There is a picnic table but no shade so bring an umbrella to use on table, otherwise too hot to enjoy. No views, really nothing to look at but other trailers. There is a pool to use. It was nice having cable. Very quiet park which is great, and if you are just wanting to hang inside this is your place. We didn't even set out our lawn chairs because we would just be staring at our neighbors. One night was enough for us.

I intended to use this RV park. Was told I could get $300 refunded of the $1560 for one month parking!!! I was going to cancel last minute as the weather went to very cold, (around negative 5-10 degrees Fahrenheit) and they told me I had to have a third party install RV skirts around the camper to keep it from freezing and I could not install it myself. That cost I was quoted was $3,000. Completely ridiculous and hard to understand why they stay in business with zero consideration for extenuating circumstances such as the extreme cold. I installed tarp and straw bales and had no issues during the cold at all during my stay at a private business elsewhere. I kept the reservation thinking we would go swim or work out considering the $300 measly refund and during my reservation period, I received aggressive emails regarding why drains are freezing up and so on that blamed the owners for doing a bad job on their setup; IT WAS VERY COLD and the skirts they demanded be installed would not keep things from freezing. Very glad I was not there having to hear it in person! Terrible experience even though I did not even drive into the place!

A fantastic location conveniently situated just off Highway 82, this RV Park is impeccably maintained. The abundance of space between each site, adorned with lush grass, trees, and vibrant plants, creates a truly inviting atmosphere. The park boasts a wide range of amenities, although regrettably, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy them all, including the laundry facilities, pool, hot tub, Direct TV, and WiFi.

Making reservations online was a breeze, and locating our site after office hours was equally effortless. The added convenience of receiving text messages for reminders, updates, and event notifications enhanced our overall experience.

One noteworthy aspect is their discount for Veterans, which certainly alleviated the overall cost. It's important to note that this RV resort falls on the higher end of the price spectrum, but the quality of the experience justifies the investment.

This campground was very nice. Super nice sites, quiet and friendly staff! The fitness centre was everything I could have wanted and my son was very happy to use the basketball court. The freeway noise was heavy in the regular sites with Jake brakes being use all night, the only reason I gave location 4/5. The sites are close together but we didn’t see our neighbours once.

Worst camping experience ever! We brought our dog in when we checked in. The staff loved her! We were there two days when the management KNOCKED/SLAMMED on our door and informed us that our dog (Dalmatian mix) had some pit-bull in her, so we had to leave.... and leave right now! We were given 12 hours after I asked for it. I found it hard to take given the fact that their staff saw and approved the dog when we entered the grounds and continued to play with her during the short time that we were there. We had another 3 days to stay and we were kicked out in a very RUDE fashion. Stay away from this place and be aware of false high ratings....
