Didn't even stay here. The lady on the phone is RUDE! Asking any type of questions about the site or the nightly rate was met with absolute rudeness like it was a hassle to grace her with my money. I would steer very clear and support people that actually want your business.

Was going to stay here today. (RV Park) My bad should have read only 30amp. Prolly could have made it work but first got to assigned site to realize big tree limbs hanging to low to get my 41’ 13’2” high 5th wheel into to it. Went back to the office and told the lady she said I could move to the space next to it. Well we moved…to see huge roots protruding thru the asphalt that been there for a long time and was hard to level the rv. I went back to the office to tell her this wasn’t going to work and we would be leaving. She then said “well my add says it’s 30amp “. I told her to keep the money ($39.00) and left. The pictures you see on the GS website does not reflect the true appearance. Safe yourself some disappointment.

Some of the most most unprofessional owner operators I have ever met. I politely asked why they have people fill out applications to rent a room. And I'm told so they know who's on the property and if the are going to be trouble (for example they run a background check). In which I said ok I just have never filled out a application to rent from a motel (because I have experience since I travel full time for work). I then ask, "is there a lease agreement?" To which the, I assume couple who owned the place, responded, " this is how we've done it for 35 years, if you don't like it just leave." So that's what I did. Poor customer service and all around bad attitude.

I lived here when I was 18 for three months in 2008, it was quiet. Years later I was homeless in 2022, in December living in my car, an old boss hired me and offered to put me up for a month till I could pay my own monthly rent and the owner refused when he was told my boss was paying for the first month. The owner said "we've had to many problems with drugs." Did not bother to meet me or give me a fair shake. In short great location, your 15 minutes from everything, but the owner could use a dose of compassion for those going through a rough patch.
