Every neighborhood has it's share of neighbor-related drama, this park is no exception to that rule. It's a lot nicer than it use to be. The management team that keeps this little park running as smoothly as is humanly possible is an extremely helpful, genuinely caring married couple who have had their fair share of experiences in life & are refreshingly unafraid to show the human side of their nature. If you need help with something in your life and you live in this park, you can go to the management team and ask, if they are able, then that means that they are willing to help you! ( I would know from first hand experience!)
The trees are big, the lots have nice lawns, the dogs are ALL great animals & the people who live here are some of the nicest, most friendly, down to earth, genuine human beings you'll ever meet! The space rent is more than fair (as the electricity is included) at only $350 a month! If you have a travel trailer and/or motorhome & are looking to move to Benton City, do yourself a solid and come check out Elm Grove! You won't find nicer neighbors no matter where else you go! God Bless!!
I lived in Elm Grove for 4 years and this park has been the best one because the management is friendly when treated the way they should be. All they ask is you follow the rules of the park they provide lawnmower and gas for tenants to use. They have had tree service come in and trim trees. They should not be used as babysitters people need to take care of there own children. Adults need to respect other tenants space and learn to talk to management before they do stuff that is not in the rules. The management has done a lot of upgrades to the park . Thanks Windy and Coby Mary Starr
I put in an application months ago and placed on their waiting list. I was told the park decided they would not do move-ins until phase three. I recently heard they were allowing move-ins so I contacted the number listed here. Who I can assume is the owner, told me I had been denied but refused to tell me why. He suggested it may be my references (which were good), my work history (which was good) or my credit. I asked for information to contact the tenant screening company and was told his lawyer makes the choices. I asked for his lawyer's info and he said no and hung up on me. I have an inquiry on my credit report and I wasn't sure where it came from. Must be this company. I also recently had several things removed and corrected on my credit report. If I was denied based on my credit I have a right to know. And if anyone was denied there must be a policy of disputing the denial or how long the denial holds or when someone can reapply. Since I was hung up on I did not get to ask these questions. Don't worry. I've already contacted my lawyer. I hope anyone pursuing tenancy at this place really does their homework and knows what they're getting into.
Greedy management. No heart, no soul.
My Mother-in-law passed away on the 5th, 2 days after paying that month's rent, and management defaulted to their no refunds policy. We moved her trailer out that same day to avoid any potential break-ins while we mourned. After reaching out to management for a potential refund to help pay for funeral services, they kept saying they cannot refund or prorate any portion. Luckily the security deposit was refunded.
Her space was infested with goat heads, she got rid of all the goat heads and left the space better then how she received it.
Not even her passing was a good enough reason to bend the rules for a partial refund on rent.
If you have an older rv & $500 you can live here.
Keep safe.
