From jct US 395 & US 12: Go 1-3/4 mi W on US 12 (20th Ave exit), then 1 mi S on 20th Ave, then 3/4 mi W on Sylvester, then 1/2 block N to Rd 32.
I have lived here for over a year and me and my family love living here. The manager indicated all the staff here work together to try and have a safe place to live. Like all trailer courts this one has undesirable Tennents and people living in motorhomes that sneak in at night and on weekends and attempt to cause caos and thefts on the elderly but thank God alot of us are watching and calling the police to get rid of these type people that co.e in our neighborhood. If you see these I encourage you to call the Police. Let's keep our neighborhood safe. I stand with the staff and owner of Riveiria Village.

Lies about everything. Kicking the elderly out into the cold. Doesn't care about the property or the tenants. The manager who is a no good for nothing liar. They put cameras everywhere and does not have it posted anywhere. I would not recommend anyone living there. If you love your elderly family members don't have them live there. If I could I would give it a 0 star rating. I could say more but I'm just going to end it here. This place is bad news.
The landlord is a rude, inconsiderate woman. Who violates a lot of the tenants rights and is currently attempting to evict all the people she doesn't like.
Management ineffective and lies to avoid taking care of business. Retirement park, not even close. People of any age let in without even filling out background info or being 55. Have to phone owner to get responce from onsite manager.
