From jct US 83 & US 90: Go 2-1/2 mi W on US 90, then 1/4 mi S on Fish Hatchery Rd (CR 203).
A good getaway place. Close enough to the beach, shopping and restaurants without being too close to the hustle and noise when you are ready for peace and quiet. Nice shaded lots. Friendly staff.
The park is very well kept and the lady that takes care of the reservations and pay is awesome. Wifi is great. I stream on it with no problems
The owners and management are top notch good been here for quite a few months couldn't ask for a better place to stay
We have been here at Live Oak for about 5 months. We are very happy here. The park has beautiful grass areas, lovely trees, is quiet and family friendly. Sarah is always super helpful and very nice. MR. Willard will make you feel like family. He has taken my trash down for me, makes sure I get my packages, is great with the kids, and always lets us know we should feel safe and if not make sure to contact him right away. The park is very clean, affordable, and fast reliable wifi is included with rent. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking to come to the area!
I accidentally reserved a spot here thinking this park was somewhere else. The person who helped me (Delia) was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. She made my reservation right away and was very understanding and responsive when I needed to cancel it. While i did not actually stay here I would recommend this place for the wonderful customer service alone.
