Place is nice, have stayed several summers there and always enjoyed it. But they have now gotten greedy and raised their prices to a ridiculous amount for monthly stays.
They have not added or improved on anything, so there is no justifiable reason for raising their prices other than greed.
I do not recommend staying here until they regain their senses and lower their prices back to what they were.
Very disappointing to leave this review as I have enjoyed our time their but enough enough.
Absolutely ridiculous that they have raised their prices several times in one year $425 up to $695. Nice place to stay, but money hungry is all they are. They offer nothing in the summer for guests as it is all planned from Nov-March. Not sure why this place is choosing to push out regulars due to a horrible decision. We may rethink staying if they get off the high horse and good luck with keeping people to fill your camp ground.
Spoke with the "manager" and he is about as worthless as the rest of them. Its all about the $
This park is run very unprofessionally. We had been customers for decades. This year they got new management with extremely poor business practices. We booked a year ago as we had every year. They raised the rates six months after we placed our reservations with deposit. They failed to disclose this information. We called to verify our annual site and we told everything was fine, NO mention of any changes. We even verified the fees…NO mention of changes. The office manager calls the day before we’re supposed to check in to tell us about the $450 rate increase that they failed to tell us about. We had to cancel due to their errors and they refused to return our deposit even after admitting they misinformed us.
Absolutely beautiful clean RV park in Rockport Texas. My daughter has reserved a spot for her RV and will be moving in, in about a month. The place is absolutely clean. The laundry rooms are in immaculate condition. The Olympic size pool is clean. The whole place is a Wonderful place to live short or long term.
Update: We went to rent a spot and boy have they gone up in price. They've gotten really hard to get on the phone and mailbox was full. No, return phone calls when I sent a email. I called again to cancel and they had no clue what I was talking about. (Spring and Summer time). Found a nicer place down the road.
Awesome place to stay in Rockport. Not a resort. But, does have park models and cabins to stay in. Nice activity center. Friendly staff.
