Best place I have ever stayed while vacationing at the coast. Level concrete pads, pool, laundry bath house and community hall. So quiet off the road but still convenient to all your needs. And right across from a great Buffet Restaurant the Butter Churn. We will be back.

This RV park is simply superb. The grounds are nearly perfect and the staff is the most accommodating of any I’ve met. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it!

Every site is exceptionally deep (all are back in), any many are large enough to easily park your RV and a few cars. City water, cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi (streamers paradise!) along with on site laundromat, heated pool, and community rec hall with a billiards table and full kitchen!

Rates are very reasonable, and this place is even pet friendly (some breed/size rules, but seems to be the same everywhere). Wish I could give this place another star!

It was a sleepy kind of park, little movement by people or even people being outside at anytime of the day. I was surprised to see Oleanders(highly poisonous to dogs, humans, etc.) right next to our site bc we have dogs and kids. No, I don't allow them to eat off the ground or trees, but this was alarming to me. When I mentioned it to the "managers" they were very nonchalant about it and joked and said, "don't eat the leaves." The pool was disappointing & to my 10 yo.on hot day, luke warm, the water coming into it was not cool.

Overall, the park was nicely put together with gravel and grass, even cement and spacious. Bathhouse was closed due to COVID-19
