Edit: Since there is no way to reply to your lie filled comment. The rental was under my sister's name, if you must know. The current mess you have in that office is far worse than who you had before. You don't get to come to Texas and treat locals the way you have without your business being run into the ground. You will see soon enough as the proper authorities are already working on the issues like elderly residents being without water for extended periods, sewage issues, theft from residents by employees, etc. I can keep going if you would like all your dirty laundry on here.
Horrible owners after being bought out by a communist California investment company. They fired all the good managers and brought in felons who steal from residents and nothing is done when it is reported.
I would highly recommend that you find somewhere else to stay. Greedy owners from California.
The new management really is making this place fun! A very active community, good prices, your choice of spot, game nights, dinners, karaoke, a pool and hot tub! We met some great folks that we can’t wait to see again! Water and electric are metered. After a month (I think) they can prorate your stay. Connie’s cooking is fantastic!
Updated 1/29/2024: I received the initial $100 deposit back. I still don’t recommend this park until they get their act together and update all services.
I reserved a monthly spot for a 40’ 5th wheel a month in advance. This costs $100 “refundable” deposit to be used against electric usage. Upon arrival, they seemed surprised my rig was so long!! I clearly told them two or three times on the phone it was 40’ as we have had issues with another park in area. First spot we were told to park in was too small. I rode around with Johnny to find a spot. Finally found one big enough. Was told cable tv and wifi was spotty as they are upgrading their services. We originally planned for a month stay but situation at home required us to leave after 6 days. Wife called and requested refund of deposit - not the monthly rate. Lady told her the person who handles that would get it done. Nada after 8 days and another phone call. Can’t recommend this place due to piss poor customer service.
Horrible management. NOT SAFE. Very out dated. Got a cabin for $2000 a month ! Way too expensive. Everything was broken . Water was out every couple of days for repairs ,which they never let you know . No heat when it was 50 outside. Whole cabin had 2 working lamps that were put on the floor . Leaking bathroom sink, loose sink , loose faucet, broken hand railing above steep stairs . Nails sicking out everywhere. NOT safe for kids . Management still didn't fix anything after over 30 days of living there . Very much not recommend. Hot tub not maintained. I had to add water several times and turn up temperature of hot tub then come back in 2 hrs to use after if got up to temp. It's a hot tub , not a warm tub. 90 degrees doesn't work for a hot tub . Great to get off of work and have to maintain a hot tub and wait 2 hrs to use it. Very dark everywhere. No street lights or anything outside. Not safe .
$2000 a month ? Really?
And they were very rude about the whole situation. Not recommend.
