I stayed here for a week full hook ups were five dollars. I loved it next to a factory that was a little noisy but I really didn’t hear it. I sleep with the fan on lots of spaces. I absolutely loved it. Clean and showers. I will be back!
There is pretty run down. There are a lot of places to park in RV if you want to. But other than that that is really all there is to it it's very plain and jane
I stayed there for r months. Running water & electric power hook ups. The bathrooms & shower could use some TLC, but the hot water was always running, awesome. Early in the mornings it was like a Disney woodland movie, all sorts of wild life coming to life & walking not even 5ft from you. The plant next to the park, yes was an eye sore but that was the only problem.
A really cool park that it seems has been neglected .. you can tell that it was really something " back in the day " .. trails throughout the 31 acres go under the highway to what appears to have been a bird watching area. The waterfall on the Frio River is man made but still very cool. slightly run down but probably one of my favorite paid places I've been to in a long time... and for some reason NO ONE is here at all ? Near a highway but peaceful and full hookups.. basketball, swings, pavilion with electric, fishing areas, trails, showers, bathrooms .. an over all terrific place. Love the scenery! Beautiful trees ! Only $15.00 for Full hookups ! $5.00 without.
