From south jct I-37 (exit 14) & US 77: Go 2-1/2 mi S on US 77, then 100 yards E on CR 48.
Owner is good and honest. Lotsa ants, I guess it is south Texas. Cockroaches came into my RV from the park and I had to spray and set bug bomb to kill them. Grass not mowed very frequently. 625/month with power included meh.

Great place for an out of town construction worker to stay. Nice and quiet, and reasonable rates. Owners were very nice and easy to deal with.
Here because we have to be, it gets more disgusting each day.

We have a nice spot towards the back of the park. The pad itself was not easy to back our camper up onto. Have had problems with ants and even a few roaches . Probably from the hideous mobile home next to us. Close to a lot of things is a plus. Here for my fiancée’s job.
