Very quiet and nice community. Would like for the pool hours to be more in the afternoon. Overall it's a good place to live, they even have board games in the laundry room.
Wonderful Rv/Mobile home community. Stayed here full time just over a year, loved it there! Great size pool, extremely quiet, friendly neighbors (mine were the best ever!), clean large showers/bathroom, community events like cookouts and bingo, and they’re reasonably priced!
Very poor ownership, Paid rent 2 days prior to layoff, and most all RV parks will work with you on giving partial or full refunds, they will absolutely not budge they kept right at $430, a full month's RV spot pay and no remorse! Worst park we've dealt with in 5 years. Never ran across this problem. Rules are rules, yes but reality and empathy goes a lot further. CROOKS.
The most upkept park in town with tons of fun activities and a big clean pool,laundry facilities and community center .

Whenever I have service there for the property, Shelby always has keys, notes and all additional information needed for the job at hand. Courteous and professional 24/7. Tenants are always interacting and thankful for the service I provide. It's always nice to stop in on them. Job well done guys 👍
