We came in the middle of January 2023 and it had a different manager since the new managers have taken over more has been done for this park. It is kept up well and things that should have been done from the beginning when we got here are now getting done. The managers do everything in their power to keep everybody happy but still stay in the limits of being the managers. Everybody is very friendly around here. The pool is awesome. They have two shower houses, two laundry facilities. They are all well-kept and clean. The rates are in with reason. At this time I would recommend this place to anybody and the best thing is they do a background check on people so they don’t let the wrong people in. We are very happy with seagrass RV resort. Wendy and Jamie you’re doing a fantastic job.

We love this resort. Great location, big level concrete slabs, and now undergoing renovations to add palapas and a new resort pool area with lazy river. Good water pressure, lots of grass for critters, steady power, spotty wifi but Directv available. Highly recommend!

The people running the park are great. As for the new owners not so much. If your a "cousin eddie" as they Called everyone currently staying here, your no longer welcome. They are raising prices to fund their projects and to get the "rif raf" out. They are looking for high class people, not average rvers. Was a great place before new owners but I would stay away if your not as they said " their people". Very rude and disrespectful. Grade F- also water is off about everyday due to "construction hitting the lines"

Rv park was very nice and certainly will be beautiful when all the improvements are done. Wendy and Jamie were very helpful in accommodating our 45’ Motorhome and trailer, our site 102 was great

We would definitely recommend this park to anyone coming to this area

I lived here for about 8 months and definitely recommend. Management and neighbors are very friendly, I never had an issue with theft or anything. There’s also a track around a lake which is nice to walk or run. I love that the building facilities have a good running oven which I used multiple times as well as laundry room and restrooms. Management throws bingo and other little events for the neighborhood which is great. Right now a lot is under construction so be aware of that, since the pool is closed at the moment but once they are done renovating I’m sure you’ll have an even better experience than i did because it’s going to look amazing.
