From Hwy 44 just at City of Alice, take Hwy 359 just north. Look to the Right side of the Hwy 359 for Green & Yellow Park Sign.
Management is a bunch of liars. The part itself isn't the WORST, but it isn't anything to brag on either. There's so many stray cats and barking dogs. Its infested with flies. The worst part is, management will tell you that you owe nothing when you ask before you leave, and that they will mail you your deposit but they keep most of it and give you the run around and BS excuses at to why you don't get your refund.
Their website took us to the wrong address twice. Called for directions and Ashley was very nice and helpful. When we arrived we were very disappointed from what we read on the reviews we were expecting better. We finally figured our where our lot was. After getting parked we realized there were homes that had their sewer and water running out on the ground. The smell was not good, thank goodness we were up wind. We went in our camper and never got out again. Ashley was very friendly and it was quiet for sleeping. Would not stay again.
We are full timers and we absolutely love this park. The owners and managers are super friendly and accommodating. It is quiet and clean. The pool is cleaned daily and the residents are friendly but stay to themselves. It is perfect for seniors or families with children. It has a laundry room and asphalt streets. It is about 3 miles to Walmart and other necessities. One of the better parks we have visited. It is like having your piece of the country for a great price.
toilets are always clogged up, water gets turned off every other day because the inexperienced workers messed something up. one of the maintenance guys juan (he’s still there) was going into our trailer when the last tenants lived here but weren’t home and management never did anything to him instead they kicked out the tenants. Lisa the landlady is very unprofessional, every month she would come after we paid our rent and she would be saying that we owe this or that it went on since october until now we finally just moved because she was trying to say we owed almost 2,000 of late fees and the new up priced rent, they don’t fix ANYTHING !!!! Sinks are messed up water pressure messed up, doors don’t fit the door frame like they should. I have pictures from when we first moved in how ugly and
messed up everything was they couldn’t even clean the used toilet. They really put grey duct tape over the chipping/peeling walls. Not a very family friendly place cause their is a lot of drug traffic at several trailers. People do not respect your property there at all they will steal. Septic tank never gets clean. Id give it no stars if possible. All pics are from when we first moved in we hadn’t brought anything in yet, they left it exactly like this.
Made reservations on Dec. 7, 2023 to move into rv park on Dec. 27, 2023. In less than 24 hours called to cancel due my job being postponed. They charged my card for $618.00 on Dec. 7, 2023, today is Jan. 8, 2024 ( over 30 days ) and I still haven’t heard anything about my refund.. even after many text messages, phone calls and message left at Clear Trail Real Estate in Richmond, Va ( the ones that charged my card).
