Our friends encouraged us to stay here instead of the rv park in laredo and I'm very happy we did, at first we we didn't even want to go near it because of the reviews, the we found out from them that management just changed recently, Corey and Sarah answered every question, made sure my family and I knew they would help whenever needed and were very accommodating to our needs. We will be here for a while but this is a good spot for overnighters as well because most of the spots are long and pull throughs.
Do not stay here. The power either surges and destroys the electronics on your camper or the power goes out and they kill your dog. And that’s facts of three guys I was working with while I stayed here. The shower house is missing ceiling tiles and bugs everywhere. I showed with the same bugs for the week and a half I was actually there. My camper was there for two and a half weeks. And they charged me $1159.50. No refund.
This koa is under new management started around a month ago, a lot of the previous problems in the reviews has or are currently being addressed. Corey and Sarah are very helpful productive management team. We just arrived and will be here for a while for my husband's job, they helped with two of our vehicles being delivered before we arrived, and they arrived late at night. They answered all of our questions and said if we needed anything not to worry to call them whenever. I also feel very safe here! They keep up great with the grounds and offered to trim any tree that was in our way for our awning to come out, they also have WiFi now as well as cable and sounds like some fun events will happen on the weekends. Don't let any reviews two month or older discourage you because this place is getting a great facelift. This spot is good for long term and over night spots we have a 40ft pull behind and a big truck with a 4 wheeler on top and it's easy to get in and out.
I've been here a couple of months now with my husband and his work crew. So far , I really like it. The price is reasonable, and Cory and Sarah have been super helpful and are always friendly and smiling. They helped me learn where the stores are and even helped me get my window fixed. They have been working hard to update the camp k9 and other amenities around the park as well. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Cotulla.
I know the new managers, Sarah and Cory Williams, and they are awesome, I love this place and I am so happy to be hear, they have a shop in the office, a recreation room that has a TV and a couch, and a laundry room all in the first building, there is also a restroom that is very clean and looks very nice, there are also cabins and camp areas, there are also place that you can put you tent if you have one!!! I hope you guys enjoy your stay if you stay here!!! Please have an awesome day/ night!!! Goodbye!!!
