We are a family friendly RV Park in Cotulla, TX with onsite laundry, security cameras, a storm shelter and a BBQ pavillion to enjoy! We offer great fishing in our fully stocked tank! We have several deer and game feeders that allows us to offer excellent wildlife and bird watching.
Have a pond of your own? We sell fish to stock your ponds and also offer consultations to get your pond healthy and ready for fish!
We have monthly, weekly and daily rates available, as well as trailers to rent.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When I first moved in to the park and plugged my trailer in, the electricity in my trailer wasn't working right. The owner insisted the problem was with my trailer but when I plugged in to a different spot, everything worked fine. A co-worker who is an electrician checked everything and found the breaker for the park wasn't installed correctly. To my knowledge, the owner has done nothing to repair the problem. It's obvious that very little is done to maintain the park as a whole. The laundry room is great and Miss Debbie in the office is very nice but everything else is pretty run down. The only reason I am staying is the close proximity to my job.
This is by far THE BEST RV Park we have ever had the pleasure to stay. Our guys work 10 hours a day, come home to RV, and relax!!! There are Bar B Que areas, stocked ponds to fish, (limit 2 per day, and PLEASE let the mothers-to-be go)
The staff are warm and welcoming. The birds sing, the stars are bright, and always a breeze.
Not a spectacular RV park by resort standards, but many workers are here because rates are good, and there is a laundry. And you get to fish.
We live here now and love it. Y’all are doing a really great job trying to make it a home away from home for us. Just love the people there. The office ladies are so very nice and helpful. I love the way y’all are finding away to make our life on the road so much nicer. Love the stocked ponds we can get away to relax after a hard day at work. Love how it’s clean and quite. Oh I heard y’all looking at a guest appreciation party once a month. That’s super y’all appreciate your tenants like that. Thank u for our stay with y’all. We love it there.
