Please feel free to contact us and discuss short and long term leases. We have on water and off water sites and a community dock for all of our guests. Annual lease rates range between $1,700 for standard and $2,000 for lakefront sites, paid in advance. The annual maintenance fee of $140 is also due at signing. Lease rates are for 8 months of active use (April-November) and 4 months of camper storage on lot. No short term leases or overnights.

Best boar ramp on lake lake notley. If your tournament fishing or pleasure boating this is easy and has great parking with dock access. I visited last for a bass tournament and however I did not win this one I placed in the top 6. The ramp is out of the way for most lake access but always has great parking and kept cleen.
