I use the coin laundry here regularly. It's always clean, everything is functional, and the owners are always helpful and willing to address any issues.
Update 5/1/22
The business went through a change of ownership last year and conditions in the coin laundry have deteriorated drastically. Half of the machines don't work at all, and several others appear like they might be ok, but they take your money and then shut down in the middle of the cycle. So you have to take them out, place them in another washer you hope works, and try again. Another $2.25 to wash again.
This is the only laundromat in our little town. The owners have a monopoly and I think this definitely affects their attitude towards keeping the place up.
Update: I have heard from several women that Creepy Keith is no longer hassling them when they try to do laundry. I don't know if he's been replaced or had corrective actions taken, but it's been effective to the best of my knowledge. I've also heard that the laundry machines have been repaired, making this an ideal place to clean your clothes. These changes have earned the place the 5 star rating that they had before the change in owners. Good work guys and gals!
Originally: Creepy groundskeeper, hassles and harasses a friend of mine who lives there. New owners should replace this jerk. The laundry facilities were top notch, new owners took over, machines all failing at once, what was great was in shambles. I have another place to do my laundry now, so maybe they stepped up and fixed things. Well, everything but the groundskeeper.
I actully lived at Kings Court for 1 year. I rented a 1 bedroom modular about 300 sq ft 950.00 a month. Half the washer and dryers in the laundry mat never work. Manager never around..in winter area never plowed caf got stuck many times. All and all you were always on your own. Give 2 star
Quiet, clean, parking right in front of the door so it makes it easier to bring your stuff in and out. There are folding tables. Plus there are 2 commercial laundry machines and like 6 commercial dryers. And then there are 7 regular sized washers and then two regular sized dryers that are stacked on each other. I got a lot of laundry done in like an hour and a half. There is a waiting area with tables and chairs. Plus they have a table that has donated foods for people who may need it.
I forgot there’s a reason why I don’t come here anymore. Laundry machines alway have an issue. They can’t even stock their laundry detergent full.
Few years ago this was a pretty good place to laundry done. I think now it’s under new management. If so it’s been going downhill since then.
