The park is conveniently located to all areas, there are spaces for large and small RVs. Dennis, the park manager and owner is prompt to effect repairs. The park is friendly and quiet. Security is very good as the manager lives on site and is quick to assess unfamiliar people and vehicles. Rates are very good. This is a nice place to camp overnight, for a week or even long term. Really a great place to camp or to call home.

Super nice, clean, and close to the Dam. Beautiful views, quiet, and friendly people. They let us charge our EV! 10/10 highly recommended.

We arrived 1 day after new owners took over. The man running it has minimal training but is doing OK under the circumstances. Water pressure was only 26psi so I filled my tank and ran off the pump, electric is not an issue. Laundry room desperately needs replacing as it's severely outdated. I was told it is in the works. Give it a month or two and things should be much better.

We EV camped towing a small trailer from the kitsap area (may 2022) new owner management, really accommodating. the bathroom needs a serious overhaul. if you need to to bio-break, or JUST NEED TO SHOWER. it's very blue collar catering. we needed 240V to charge our BOLT, and they gave us great info on how much amps the grounds can handle. note if you have a dog they watch over you constantly to make sure you 1) pick up the doo doo, 2) nit-pick where the dog pees. If you are a GLAMPER you won't dig it here, if you are on a no SH%T voyage, it's and awsome place

Stayed almost the entire summertime, a month or two (July -September,2021)

Only few rv parks in Grand Coulee itself, and no doubt this RV park is beyond compared. Sir Dennis is accommodating, willing to help, and his washer&dryer area is on point. Always enjoyed my peaceful morning plus amazingly waiting & staring at herd of deers strolling, eating peaches tree, and grass. Sunrise & sunset views were spot on. And the coolest part, Sir Dennis internet access is the most high-speed we've ever experienced.

Highly recommended and for sure we will come back again. Thank you so much sir Dennis!
