An upscale destination south of Tyler, Texas. A 10/10/10 Good Sam Park with full hook ups, a fishing lake, pool, hot tub and laundry room.
From Dallas: Take I-20 E towards Shreveport (56.4 mi). Take Loop 49S to US 69S. Take a right on US 69S. Take a left on 2493 just outside of the Bullard City Limits. KE Bushman’s is on the corner of 2493/69S From Houston: Take US-79N (24.6 mi). FM 2493 will be on your right. (KE Bushman’s is on the corner of 2493/69S). From Shreveport: Take I-20W towards Tyler/Dallas (83.6 mi). Take the US 271 exit (0.2 mi). Keep left & take ramp towards Tyler (0.04 mi). Take left on NNE Loop 323 (6.5 mi). Take left on Paluxy (FM 756) (9.5 mi). Take right onto FM 344E (3.7 mi). Take a left on 69S (2 mi). KE Bushman’s is on the left (on the corner of 2493/69S).
Rooms were RV sites but park was easily accessible and the sites were level. The activity room where we held our rally was great. We loved the individual dog parks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Went out of their way for us. We will definitely be back soon.
Best camp host ever. Tessa and Kevin will be the best thing to ever happen to this place. We WILL stay here again, and again, and again.
We have been coming here several times a year for 8 years. This park is in a great location that is close enough to Tyler to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful. The folks that operate the park are super friendly and helpful. The shower house and pool are nice. The wifi works well. There is some regular maintenance that needs to be done, but at around $50 a night it is a good place to stay.
Don't miss this park if you are in the area! Very friendly hosts, well manicured and laid out sites, clean and well appointed laundry and baths. What a surprise to enjoy some wine tasting right in the office/store after check in! Three couples in our 60s in 5th wheels.
We stayed for just one night at Bushman’s RV Park, but this park was very nice! Clean and well maintained, check in was very pleasant! We were even invited back for a small wine tasting which was very fun.
Because this was an RV park I cannot rate “rooms” but I give the RV sites five stars for sure! *****
