Very clean and well maintained park. Plenty of trails and activities for all ages. Sheriff will roll through from time to time, so safety is not a concern.
Great trails, plenty of parking and lots of deer. There are multiple different trails with entrance signs and mile markers along the trails. At this park, there are plenty of picnic tables and bathrooms. There is also an RV section to camp overnight. I was surprised to see how many deer I spotted on my hike today. Overall, great park.
We enjoyed the free RV campsite here. You need to make a reservation online and you can stay up to 7 days. You can make a new reservation (2 weeks in advance) after 30 days. The hookup (electricity, water and sewer is free) there are restrooms with hot showers (need an access code for the shower. Pretty neat and there's a lot to do in the park.
This park is plush and beautiful. I love the trails. I’ve camped here but I have been wanting to tent camp.
