Very rude and unprofessional customer service and management. I canceled my reservation three weeks ago and still could not get my refund. I have called them a few times and they keep telling that there is a problem in their paperwork. So be aware if you will need cancelation.
The park is beautiful, but cabins are filthy! We stayed in 3A last year and it was fine, very small, but it was clean and air conditioned. We went back this year and stayed in the exact same cabin and sadly, our experience was not quite as good as the year before. There was a disgusting stain in one of the shelves in the refrigerator, the toilet was dirty and wouldn’t flush. The floor was sticky and seemed like it hadn’t been mopped in months! Very disappointing to say the least.
Had a great time. We stayed in cabin A1. It said it sleeps 6 but actually 5. 2 beds and 1 sofa but we brought air mattresses too. Full kitchen and bathroom. Central air conditioning was wonderful. Lots of trees so lots of shade. Picnic table and fire pit. Bring cooking utensils and towels, toiletries. Great price during week days, $80 a night. Also, gated entry after 5pm. Felt safe.
