Very disappointed with finding areas to fish along the shoreline. The few areas they have are over grown and impossible to cast without getting caught in the shrub or trees. It would be so nice to clear the shore areas.

We have been out here for 3 weeks camping and are having a great time. Fishing has been great. Shower houses are nice bait house is great plenty of bait to choose from. Alot of wildlife to see.

Beautiful grounds, peaceful campsites, nice amenities. Boone county is lucky to have such a gem. We enjoyed our visit here.

Fun atmosphere. Got a lake and can boat and swim or canoe. Has a 9 hole golf course as well. Plenty of camping spots for tents and campers. The showers and bathrooms are well maintained. The campground hosts are nice and will help with any issues. Great fishing here as well.

We like to camp there because it's not far from home and everything is kept clean and mowed. My grandson loves to fish there. My husband and a friend of his. They go fishing there quite a bit. We take our dog there to camp with us. It is pet friendly, just a reminder though, they have to be on a leash. They do have picnic areas for non-campers.
