We tent camped. Other tenters were really friendly. Leon the dog visited 😊 so did his owner. Bathroom/showers were good, clean + always checked by staff which I actually did witness. 5 large ponds that we caught 8 fish with 1 of them being a 9 inch long wide mouth bass. The best ice prices I've seen in a Campground. The owner shows you to your camping place, also golf carts it around to make sure all is well. That's super high points in my book!

My biggest complaint is quiet time is 11:00 PM, (not my choice not my campground 😊) loud music, little kids running around till 11:00 PM screaming while they're playing well also some adults too. It's quite there from 6 AM till 5 PM , then you see kids all of a sudden. 🤣 comical as they show up that late in the day.

Even though the noise till 11 PM we will return to tent camping with bigger noise reducing earplugs! 😉. Stay camping people. Go visit this Campground too!

This was an absolutely amazing find. Mike the owner was really helpful and the environment was peaceful. There are definitely long term residents who keep an eye on the place, so we felt safe leaving our belonging to explore around the area. We came in late and were looking for an affordable last minute reservation and ended up getting just that. Our site had water but it was a primitive site so no electric, which was fine by us as we had our tent and setup ready to go. The store had firewood for $5, ice for $1.75, and they took card or cash with no minimum spending limits. The store itself had all of your necessities for both tent camping and RV. It was a short drive to Dunkin in Ashtabula for coffeee (because coffee), though i'm sure they also had it elsewhere on the property. There were also lots of planned activities and bingo. Showers were great, bathroom was clean, and we had a great spot. All together an awesome experience for my family, we will definitely be heading there again. :D

I have NOTHING but great things to say about this camp ground. The permanent campers were so friendly… I actually got lost in the campground walking back from one of the ponds, didn’t have my cell phone or a map and someone gladly walked me back to our camper. I think the bathroom and shower house was clean… it’s definitely just an average shower house but nothing wrong with that! there are plenty of things to do with kids and even for adults. The pool was a little too cold for us, but it was just filled and opened so I can’t complain there. The only complaint I can say and it wasn’t the parks fault, our neighbor camper pulled way too far over and it was really close quarters for us… but it all worked out. The ladies at the desk were so kind and helpful. As it was our first year with an actual camper and not just a popup. I also think the rates are reasonable. But it is safe to say we will definitely be visiting this campground again this summer.
