The location was perfect, near Cuyahoga Valley. The staff was very friendly and allowed early check-in. The campground has a lot of kid-friendly activities. They seem to have a lot of regulars and, therefore, campground events such as a live band on Saturday night. The sites were a little small, but it was perfect for just my boyfriend and I. My biggest complaint is the bathrooms and showers. They were clean, but the showers were separated by sex (which kind of sucks when you have to share your soap/shampoo/conditioner with your partner), in addition to being really old and small. Due to the separation, my boyfriend had to wait for me to finish showering to shower. I found it difficult to change in a small area without getting my new/fresh clothes wet.

However, overall, I'd say this was well worth the price and experience for us. We wanted a place close to Cuyahoga Valley and this was perfect for that.

We had a family road trip this past August and found this place to stay, as it was near Cuyahoga Valley NP, and looked very family friendly.

Our travel trailer lot was maybe a bit narrow, but with all of the other positives I can’t complain. We have a 9 and 7 yo, we brought our bikes and felt safe letting them bike around the park without us, there is a game room and playgrounds. But the best of the best part is the lake with the blow up activities. I sat on the shore while those boys played and played.

The manager is so nice, he helped us out of a major pickle with our travel trailer and made a potentially difficult issue very manageable for us.

If we even come back this way we’ll absolutely stay here.

I wasn't going to review this place because I didn't end up staying there, but since they were relentless with their "REVIEW US ON GOOGLE!" emails, I decided to comply. In Feb. 2024 we were booking our April trip to 6 national parks in the East, in our 43' 5th wheel with 2 dogs. We booked 3 nights online with Woodside Lake Park, which looked very nice, had good reviews, and was close to Cuyahoga Valley NP. About 5-6 days later, I received a phone-call that they wouldn't be open until May and they would be cancelling our reservation. I had a very difficult time finding another location that was open during that time (ended up at West Branch State Park). To be fair, they were very nice and apologetic about the mix-up, and they refunded the full amount. But I hope they fixed their website so that doesn't happen to someone else again.

I enjoy my stay here every fall! The cabins are reasonably priced and are so cute! Everything around the campground is always clean and well-maintained. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly! Thank you for another relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life. I always leave more relaxed and peaceful!

I will always suggest this campground over other local ones to friends and family!

Great location, nice and rural but only about 10 minutes away from town and the highway/toll road. Very nice staff, *incredibly* family friendly, so many more activities than the other local campground in Streetsboro. Feels like you're at an actual relaxing campground and doesn't have the electric, plumbing and water issues that the other Streetsboro campground has. Great way to enjoy Ohio!
