I was most pleased with my recent stay at Hart Ranch. My wife and I stayed in one of the cabins which met all our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin was clean and well stocked. All of the staff was friendly. Breakfast at the grill was delicious! Plenty of towels, linen, etc.
The location was serene and beautiful. A great getaway for someone who lives in a very busy, traffic congested area (myself being Tampa Bay, FL area)
I will definitely recommend this place to others, and look forward to my next visit!
Disgusted by the management of this facility for allowing CONFEDERATE FLAGS to be flown by multiple guests including one at the playground. maga hats were handed out to children on the playground and at a kid's bike ride. Despite multiple complaints over multiple days, the management and security did nothing to stop this behavior. They allowed children to be targeted by these groups on their own playground! This facility clearly condones or even endorses this behavior. When confronted face-to-face, their security guard said they "hadn't seen it" even though these people paraded around their campground for hours every day.
One of these group members threatened to "shoot a dog with his 12 gauge shotgun" 10ft from our campground while he was talking to one of Hart Ranch's security guards. They both just drove away like nothing happened.
This place will send security to your campsite immediately if you dare to leave a hose on the grass or park in the wrong spot - they even go so far as to hand out tickets. But clearly they only enforce some of the rules, not all of them.
Don't stay here. Terribly managed, not safe for kids.
My family has been enjoying Hart Ranch every summer for over 8 years, and we absolutely love it! The staff is friendly & helpful, the facilities are always clean & well-maintained, and there is so much to do for everyone of all ages! We highly recommend it!
This was our first year at this RV park. It’s a membership only RV Resort and we’ll worth the expense. The sites aren’t huge but are bigger than most RV parks that claim to be resorts. There is lots to do for the kids, the grounds are manicured and the staff are all very friendly. I like how they have an “adults only” time at the pool and there is a “no pets” section. The sites are all level and paved or asphalt. I didn’t use the WiFi so I can’t comment. They have cable tv that’s works excellent with lots of channel choices. There is a huge dog park and lots of walking areas around the park. The snack house and store are well equipped and always staffed with smiling employees. They have Security that does a great job keeping a eye on everything. It is a membership resort, but the fees are very reasonable. And they dont change during Bike Week. Great place. Looking forward to next year.
The grounds are beautiful and we would camp here again, just not in the cabins. We rented a cabin for one night and it was infested with bugs. Dead and Alive. Box Elder bugs, spiders, and flys. Even had a bug fall on me in bed. We ended up going to security in the middle of the night and he sprayed for bugs for us (he was very kind). I was hoping we'd get a small discount or ANTHING. Nope. They said there's nothing they can do. Disgusting.
