We loved our stay! Myself and two friends called to ask if there was a last minute opportunity to stay in a TeePee the same night. We where pleasantly surprised to get in. We wouldn’t be able to arrive until around 10:30 pm and the owner was willing to wait up for us. The bedding was clean and nice. The cord are not super comfortable but that was to be expected staying in a TeePee.
The next morning the chef cooked us a wonderful outdoor breakfast and was accommodating to my friends special diet and food allergies.
The only downfall for me was having to drive my nice vehicle through a roadway that did not have trimmed back branches…that made me anxious of possible branches scraping my vehicle.
This campground is very comfortable with easy access to the restroom and shower with hot water available. We especially loved the “comfortable camping feel” with shaded trees and the sound of the creek right outside our door. The owner is flexible and accommodating with a vast knowledge of the area events and sight-seeing activities. We enjoyed our week-long stay and will definitely try to return when we can. Love this campground! 35 a night for two of us to tent camp with a nice creek running through which is beautiful and great for cooling off! Not too far out of town so very easy to get to stores and restaurants. Our plans ended up changing so we asked for a refund of one night, and the owner was kind enough to help us out with that. Highly recommend this place!!
