Belvidere East-Exit 170 KOA

This is a fabulous campground! We stayed here in a cabin for three days. It was very clean and roomy. The owners/hosts, Robert and Lisa were wonderful to chat with, they got us signed up and into our cabin quickly, giving us a spot with a ramp up to the door in consideration of our old dog who has trouble walking. The campground is well kept and beautiful, located by a large pond that brings lots of great birds to watch. There is a nice playground for kids and the bathrooms are updated and very clean. Water was nice and hot in the showers too! I would recommend staying here and will be back in the fall!!
