I would just like to say how incredibly horrible the experience at Harbin was for me and my family. We decided to go to Harbin for a fun get away for my moms birthday. We had called 3 times prior to the trip regarding tickets and park hours as if we would be getting to the park later in the night. All 3 phone calls we had mentioned we had two children with us who were both over the age of 16. We had driven 3 hours to these springs and got treated with nothing but disrespect. The front desk receptionist had decided to completely go threw the check in process and it had been acknowledged that the children were with us. They decided to then after we payed tell us that the children are not excepted after dark due to safety reasons. Then proceeded to refuse to tell us what safety concerns they had. She then decided to call security, the security guard looked as if he had been using drugs and just looked at us blankly saying there is nothing he could do. After almost an hour of arguing she said she couldn’t call the manager cause “she wouldn’t be able to help”. This whole situation has ruined my moms birthday and our entire day. It was awful. Not welcoming at all and horrible service. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to this place.

Had a wonderful time at Harbin. I took my partner there for his Birthday. We did the 24hour stay! Got massage’s, stayed in the cottage, went to the pools, hiked, ate their delicious food!! I recommend!

I did not give all 5 stars because when we checked in I felt the admin team at the front desk was lacking in hospitality.

I do feel they deserve to get paid more! I noticed when people complained they were the first to receive the complaint and solve the issue…they definitely need more support. If this establishment wants to really thrive they need to take care of their people!!

We had a wonderful time! The pools aren't huge, but they're beautiful, as is the whole property.

The staff was all incredibly kind. The service was excellent. The food at the restaurant is a little pricey, and we were skeptical but it was really really good food. We were impressed with the quality of food they cranked out from a small trailer. You could tell the kitchen staff really cares and it made a difference. Definitely worth it.

We stayed in one of the domes. It was fun and quirky. A few notes... The kitchen AND bathroom are shared. We learned that when we got there. It wasn't a big deal but just something to be aware of.

We'll definitely be back!!

Upon arrival didn't look like much. It was a busy Sunday with beautiful weather. A bit of a walk up the hill but the reward was well worth it. Clothing optional with no worries of your items disappearing. The cold and hot tubs are a challenge but did both more than once. An experience like no other!

I'm giving 3 stars because of the glorious hot water pools to bathe accompanied by beautiful views down valley, but any other place I would have given perhaps 1 start. There are quirks to consider: check in staff are disorganized and incapable of making decisions on their own, on multiple occasions provided keys that are vaguely labeled and the same key open multiple rooms, the buildings are named by numbers (1,2,3...) and and the rooms are labeled by the same numbers (1,2,3...), no information or invitation regarding the amenities are provided at the check-in, the rooms are nice and well kept but odd that for $200+/night there's no mini fridge or microwave, especially since you're so far from town, they over sell compared to the posted pool capacity, occasionally the pool monitors all people to redistribute to other pools, and there are lots of children clamouring.
