The. Old manager lyn was so rude and nasty the way she treated people I'm surprised anyone would live here, but now that she is gone the atmosphere here is a whole lot better with the new management yes the lot rent went up quite a bit but they are improving the place. I was going to move and sell but I'm not going anywhere now
This is a little hidden gem in Hudson! My son was purchasing his first home and fell across this park. Peter and Meghan were amazing! Welcomed us from the first day and answered all my 1000 questions- what can I say I’m a mom! The park is clean and quiet. All the residents care about each other and it shows! So hard to find an all age park that is also pet friendly! So happy with his decision to purchase within this park! Highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home! If I didn’t already own a home right down the road this would be the park for me! We are honestly considering it for my mom to move south! 💕💕
Moved in here back in end of July and it has been amazing here!! Everybody is so nice and so friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better park to live in😊 the love for one another and the fur babies too is amazing
I've lived here since 2018. Since Lynn[former manager] has been replaced and new owner's have purchased the park lot fee has gone up alot. But security gate has been installed,the clubhouse has been updated. New manager is very approachable as the former manager was rude,crude and obnoxious. Alot more events and activities since new ownership. I'm very happy here. Even with the lot fee going up try buying a house like I did here for the price including the lot fee. Unobtainable anywhere else.
We just purchased a park model in the Hudson park. We are from Minnesota Absolutely love it so far
All the residents we have met are great the pool is awesome and the manager Peter is very knowledgeable and helpful
