Rustic. Not a KOA but beautiful spot, clean toilets & showers. Plus Wi-Fi. Price was perfect. We stayed for five days in a van & tent. Electric & water hook up. Just a couple miles from South end of Ashland. The maintenance guy check us in and was super friendly and helpful. As was a longer term resident. Our spot was literally next to a creek and plenty of trees around. Definitely will stay here again.

So here’s the scoop, this place is good in a pinch if you need. The staff was super kind and we loved that. But the reason I’m rating so low is this campground is like a dirt plot off the highway and the sites are literally 5 feet apart (also just a small dirt patch) For the price it’s not worth it and I hate to say that. Bathrooms were great and well kept. Pool was too. But especially if you’re tent camping, maybe reconsider your desperation. Also this is just way more of an RV park then anything

We were one of the few tent campers here since it's way off season. Despite being full of RVs it was super quiet. The bathrooms and showers were updated and clean and secured by a key pad, plus deadbolts on all toilet and shower doors. Some of the long time camper rv areas were a little trashy, but I felt safe. Our campsite was super clean dnthe sound of the creek was nice. Nice, new playground for kiddos and a swimming pool. Definitely would return.
