If I could leave 0 starts on a few of the attributes, I would. The office hours very, when they say they’re open at 8, sometimes you can expect 8:30. I made a reservation for 4 days at a campsite and only stayed for 1 of those days. I asked for a refund for 2 of those days, not the 3 I could not stay there. They offered me a one night voucher after so many conversations about how upset I was with my stay. I understand they have refund policies in place; it seems more like a money grab company than people providing a good service to good people. They have plenty of trees on the property but none of which for tent campers. Instead they will place you out in the open with no shade coverage from roughly 7 am- 9pm. And don’t get me wrong, they offer a last minute (in my opinion a sorry excuse for a campsite) next to the building. I will attach pictures of these sites mentioned below. May be okay for rv campers if you like to be crammed next to another rv, but I wouldn’t tent here again. The indoor facility is clean enough and the staff is nice enough, but didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth with any of the above. On top of all of this, I was pestered about bringing my emotional support animal inside of the building on 90+ degree days when we were camping in a tent. May be family run business but it sure doesn’t feel like a family friendly environment. Oh yeah, you have to pay to use the pool table, and other amenities in the club house. There are 4 showers available to use inside, a laundry facility, and a lounging area; but they may make you uncomfortable while you’re in there if you’re like me. Samantha was a good help and kind and understanding, but the management above her never showed me any of those qualities. 1st picture attached is the sorry excuse for a site- and the second two are of their tent sites, on top of sand filled with ants that will make their way in your tent. (your tent stakes will not stay in the ground with a few good gusts of wind). Maybe I’m just upset, but the customer service I received was in my opinion unacceptable. Do better please 👍

After a 5 mo stay I had to say goodbye to my Fulchers Family. I have made some wonderful life long friends during my stay, I found the campground to be clean, well maintained, quiet, and above all welcoming. Highly recommended

We didn’t use their rooms, so can’t say how they are. We did have a very nice camp site, easy to get in and out, walking distance to Riverview Cafe which was a plus( great food good prices). Our campsite was near the pier and water front, a drive through lot. We really enjoyed our stay, and we’ll be back.

Got a "waterfront " site that's not waterfront if you have to cross a rd to get to it...its technically "Waterview" messed up my reservation extension and was told I'd have to move after 3 months. They offered spots too small for my rv and 10% discount. Takes most of a day to move my 42' fifth wheel. They really didn't care that their mistake was my problem! Changed parks. Won't spend anymore money with that group. Won't recommend. EDIT: as you can plainly read from their response, they don't care about their patrons. Didn't even bother to get my name correct. Their service is as "thorough" as their response. Real professionals! You were warned!

We enjoyed our stay a Fulchers staying for nearly two months. Friendly atmosphere and a great location. We had an RV hook up, never any problems. We drove to Jacksonville everyday, but that was no big deal, we enjoyed being on the water and away from traffic
