Awesome rates for the park, in the middle of an intersection therefore if you do not mind the sound of traffic then you will be able to sleep at night. Great service when need to get in touch with the office. The site does not have showers or a laundromat. Neighbors are nice.

Communication with the “managers” of the park was horrible could never get ahold of anyone. Fire ants are outrageous because the entire park is sand. Always people coming and digging through the dumpster and the CrossFit people act like they have free rein in the campground and will be rude to you when they are in your way. When staying we seen the cops come to the campground MANY times. No one follows the speed limits and fly around the speed bumps. Any events they have it’s at their sister campground. If you’re looking to stay at basically a trailer park next to a busy and dangerous intersection then this is the place for you.

It is very quiet. Clean. I love the dog park. Close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Just wish they had a laundry mat.

The worst campground I've ever stayed at! I had my family visit me for a day. We have 7 kids between the both of us, so we were having a lot of fun! People complained about us an they tried kicking me out for a week straight. They had cops at my door every morning. I told them all I needed was till the 13 of august 2023 to get my brakes on my RV fixed. I payed for a month to stay till August 14. They didn't care about my situation. I didn't get disrespectful not once out of every time they had cops knock on my door. I explained to the cops an they understood where I was coming from. Thanks to my friend I was able to stay there an the cops finally sided with me. These people have NO COMPASSION. I feel my family an I were targeted an harassed.

The place itself isn't terrible, but they do not enforce the rules. Dogs are left outside so they bark constantly, and nobody cleans up after their dogs. You either end up cleaning up after everyone else, or step into it. I left after dealing with the rules not being upheld, and had to pay a fee for leaving early. I expected some leniency since they did not do their part. Very disappointed in this company and their campgrounds.
