The Fort Bliss RV Park office is open daily and offers an after-hours night host to assist late arrivals.
Active duty military and retirees can now sign in their immediate family members, who want to utilize the Fort Bliss RV Park, on a space available basis.
PATHS Across America, is a great reference web site that lists all the needed information to plan a weekend outing or cross country vacation staying on military installations along the way.
Getting there from the east:
As you travel west on I-10 W through the city of El Paso,
Merge onto US-54 E via exit 22B toward Alamagordo NM./Fort Bliss.
Once on US-54, take exit 25 toward Ellerthorpe Ave.
Stay straight on Gateway Blvd. N
Turn left on Ellerthorpe Ave.
The RV Park will be one block to your left.
Getting there from the west:
As you travel east on I-10 E/US-180 E toward El Paso
Take the NM-404 exit, exit 162, toward Anthony NM./Chaparral NM. (just north of the Texas/New Mexico state line)
Exit onto NM-404/E O'Hara Rd. and travel east ~ 22 miles (this road is relatively flat if you are pulling a travel trailer)
Turn right onto NM-213 (Crossing into TEXAS)
NM-213 becomes Martin Luther King Blvd./FM 3255 S
Merge onto US-54 W
Take exit 25 toward Ellerthorpe Ave./Broaddus Ave.
From Gateway Blvd. S., turn right onto Ellerthorpe Ave.
The Fort Bliss RV Park will be one block to your left
OR
Proceed through El Paso on I-10 E
Take the Patriot Frwy./US-54 E exit 22B, toward Alamagordo NM./Fort Bliss
Stay straight to merge onto US-54 N/Patriot Frwy.
Merge onto US-54 E toward Alamagordo NM.
Take exit 25 toward Ellerthorpe Ave.
Stay on Gateway Blvd. N
Turn left onto Ellerthorpe Ave.
The RV Park will be one block to your left.
Awesome stop over for us heading to NW AZ. Night hosts are great! Wish they had same day reservations to ease the worry when traveling, but other then that, great park, lots of spaces. Super clean and 3 large fenced dog runs. This is always our first or last destination when traveling I-10.
