Great location, walk to everything. Clean & quiet (no restrooms/showers/laundry) perfect little park if you're contained. Host were very accommodating, will definitely be back.

We hate this place. Everything is by far the worse scenario you can find. Now the reason for those comments is we want to keep this place from getting over run as it already is getting difficult to reserve a time. A jewel in the rough is an understatement. It may not be for everyone but neither is sushi. Love the place and we will be back but for longer stays next time.

Stayed here on memorial day weekend. Very small park, very clean and well-kept. You need to be fully contained, there are no bathrooms are showers here. Directly in the middle of town and very quiet. Absolutely awesome views of the mountains. Only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because the cable isn’t working very well, there isn’t much shade and no shower or laundry room. Wi-Fi here works pretty well which is very unusual for an RV park. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

This is the nicest RV park we've ever stayed at! We're a 40' class A (full timing it) and found the entrance and the parks turns extra wide, and easy to get into each wide space. Dogs allowed on leash. The owners are fantastic and the views incredible of the mountains. Water, sewer, 50 amp, WiFi and cable, nice gravel base. Deer and Quail are around all day. Everything on Main Street in Joseph is walkable, even the laundromat which is the farthest away. You can walk down to the Rodeo grounds, Bronze foundry and Rail Riders that offer pedaling the railroad tracks. We hiked it daily. There's a Saturday market part of the year with products by local growers and artisans, almost across the street on the main drag . We were here last year and the owners have done a major upgrade to this park within this time. Very well done!

Great small RV Park. Located a block off Main St. This is the best place in the area to stay hands down. We just walked out the back gate to some really good Mexican food. The Owner lives right on site and is very friendly and attentive. Big sites, full hook ups and good wifi/cell signals.
