We just stopped for the night, but would like to come back. The owner is a bit gruff, but still very nice. Several reviewers complained about the rules, but I think they're reasonable. I don't like xamogrounds who post rules but don't enforce them.

It's not fancy, but is very nice.

We booked our sight several months in advance (this being part of our big summer vacation), unexpected situations arise and we had a medical emergency so I called to cancel our reservations several days before our arrival, but unfortunately the gentleman who I talked to was very adamant about their 2 WEEK cancellation policy and wasn’t willing to bend from it (I’m more than sure they would have been able to fill the site given the advance notice). So unfortunately we were forced to make the trip, upon arrival we weren’t impressed and checking in we weren’t impressed with the gentleman behind the counter either. He seemed stern about the rules and not putting mats on the grass (which there was none because it was dead), there were no picnic tables and the campground looks like it is lacking in TLC and could use some attention to detail. It’s a place for people to stay and enjoy (which I think has been forgotten) and it is being treated like a place of revenue and nothing being put back into it for upkeep, beautification or amenities for those who stay there. I’m willing to bet if it wasn’t for the Hot Springs next door (Which are very nice), this place would be out of business.

We have stayed here several times as we love their golf course! Dan and the other employees are always very kind and accommodating. Hot springs well within walking distance from Rv park. Showers and restrooms are very clean also. We will be up here a couple times again next summer for sure!

The Park’s location and landscape is nice. But we really didn’t like the Host’s attitude, the camp host who looked like a mad lumberjack just had a bad attitude. My papps who is a legal Senior was humbly asking the host if we could vacate one of the spots, and because my papps has a very strong foreign accent and he didn’t speak English too well, the host called my dad rude and turned the opposite of nice on him. We left the location going over to stay in the Anaconda’s trailer park for a short time. So I definitely do not recommend this place for foreign tourists because the host is just not nice in general. Anything little will set the host off.
