About Campground

The 'Water of the Gods' is a series of artesian springs, flowing at a constant rate of 80 gallons per minute and an average temperature of 129 degrees Fahrenheit. Locally milled fir planks have been laid directly over the source to create our unique 40' x 40' pool.

Our simple sprayer system creates the perfect soak by circulating the spring water and cooling the pool to a pleasant temperature below 100 degrees in the summer, and as warm as 106 in the winter.

The pool holds over 38,000 gallons of fresh, hot mineral water, which is drained every night to allow it to refill with fresh, hot water over the course of 8 hours. The pool is drained and pressure washed once a week, with no chemicals of any kind used to clean the water or planks.

The overflow and drainage from the pool is diverted through the neighboring wetlands to follow its natural course, flowing five miles east through the canyon where it joins the mighty Madison River at the aptly named and wildly popular Warm Springs Recreation Area.

4 of us adults did a private 2hour soak. It was amazing! Drinks(during) and salads(after) were delicious! Definitely a must visit when in the Bozeman area! Relaxing and unforgettable experience!

I somehow had high hopes for this place but it turned out to be a disappointment. The pool itself didn’t seem very clean and hygienic. The bottom of the pool was filled with moss and very slippery. It made me nervous. The restrooms and the changing rooms were stinking of pee. The food and drinks were good and that’s the only plus. I wish the pool was better maintained. The scenery around was very nice.

Very quaint hot springs in the town of Norris. The water is a perfect temperature with a wood base . Beautiful drive along the River . The hot springs does not provide towels or lockers so make sure you have a towel and be prepared to leave your belongings either in car or not locked up. They do serve beer and food. Service was ok. Very crowded the days we went on a Sunday. Plenty of parking. They also have RV sites .

We had a private 2 person soak in early January/winter for 2 full hours and loved every minute of it. From the excellent water and temperature to the perfect playlist, music level, and vibe, this was an awesome experience. Not quite snow on the ground, but a nice crisp air in contrast to the perfect temperature water.

The bartender, Miles, was perfect - just the right amount of checking in on us and offering more food or drinks and mainly just leaving us alone to soak. Beer/wine/kombucha and great food without having to leave the water.

A perfect two hour experience and well worth it. I hope this place stays exactly like it is, wood floor and walls, minimally developed (just enough), and a great vibe.

No idea how it is when there's more people there, but I imagine this draws a great crowd of people who are comfortable with it exactly how it is, and it's still fun and worth a visit during the open admission periods.
