I love this place. It's quiet except for the planes, trains, and automobiles. People are nice, the man that runs the place is a great guy on top of everything else. And my neighbors that I have met, have also been really nice people as well. Very happy that this is not a large park, but close to everything all at the same time.

My son has been living at this rv park since 2016. As he works at the base, so convenient for him. I think the owner is a very nice person. When i couldn't reach out to my son, he was so sympathetic and called me. He was indeed very helpful. It is a well kept place, close to shopping areas, restaurants, the ocean..great whatever your purpose being in Charleston is.

I give this place NO STARS (but had to give it one star to post)

for customer service. Called them 4 times requesting a long term stay, asked them to call or text. They did not have reply ONCE, they could have just stated they had NO ROOM!!

I've been here since August It is very hard to get in here luckily we knew someone that was already here and he was able to get us in a spot. He does not have many spots here it's a smaller RV campground, right now it looks like they are full. But it's close to almost everything you need. Gym, grocery stores, restaurants, airport, and a short commute to my husband's work and about 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. Every once in a while you'll hear the cars on the interstate but for the most part you don't. And you really don't hear the airport traffic but the military is here as well and you can hear those aircraft's for sure. I haven't seen a shower room or laundry facility but I guess I also haven't asked because there's a brand new laundromat across the road. And I use my shower in my camper so I haven't had the need for a shower outside of my camper.
