We enjoyed our stay at Springwood. It's is about 90% long term residents. It's very quiet with very few children.

There is a railroad crossing in the park but it's a plus. Each afternoon we were there, a single train with about a dozen cars passed through at walking speed. When the whistle blows, people hurry to the crossing to watch and wave.
