It is well kept. Very active. The lot rent is fairly low, for central Florida. The people are friendly. And the homes are nice.
We moved here about 2 1/2 years ago and we are loving it. So many activities to keep us busy. Enjoy hanging out with all the new friends we have made. Kathy and Martin, {managers} have done a great job with the upkeep of the park, and continue to do so. Love living here!!!!!!!
I have lived in this community for over a year now and we LOVE it!! The management and most of the residents are nice and courteous. Lots of fun community functions and games. You just have to ignore the minority of residents that don't want to follow simple rules. Other than that GREAT place to live!!
Dell Lake Village is a clean, safe, enjoyable and desirable community to live in. I have lived in the Village for almost 13 years. Dell Lake has achieved these qualities because of its strong, professional, fair and open-minded and above all its honest management team. In the course of living here I have experienced at least 5 or more managers. This community is absolutely amazing ! I would say this community embraces very high standards and it shows all around the park. It is peaceful and relaxing albeit with a very diverse makeup. DLV has changed quite a bit in recent years; it has gone from a retirement community to a place where many of the residents are still working, making it difficult to maintain an active recreation and entertainment calendar. However, many activities and events still are offered throughout the year, especially during the winter months. While reading the reviews I borrowed how some others have reviewed the park while at the same time I feel bad for the unhappy people that live in the park. I say if you are unhappy here at DLV don’t waste another moment of your time and find a place that makes you happy. Dell Lake Village has been that place for me for many years now and I love my park. Thanks to CGInvestments and the management team at Dell Lake for allowing me to call this home!
