Great little rv park in the middle of everything!

Called on a Saturday and asked for a spot for Sunday and they did a super job of fitting our 40’ fifth wheel in.

The park is clean and well kept and the staff is super helpful and very attentive!

We were in spot #6 which was a back in but had a much larger huge tree shaded grass lot with a fire pit.

We highly recommend this little gem and will definitely be back next time we are in the area!!

Cute park conveniently located. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a camp store. Billiards table and pool. The sites were level. But laid out odd to us. Campers share the hookups between by pulling in opposite ways of each other. Giving this park 3 stars because there appeared to be more live in spots than camper spots.Something we avoid when looking for an RV park to stay in. We had live ins out our front door and behind us for 3 rows. The laundry facilities are ok, machines are small uprights and fill slow and water temps to do match the selected temp. Watched a person who lives in come in laundry with dog blankets full of….! and stuff them into a washer after we were done. The campground shouldn’t allow that. There is now construction going on behind and alongside the campground.

Years back our off-road group stayed at this facility when it was operated by the previous owners. It barely met our standards at the time. The bathrooms were run down and the property was not maintained. Since then, the new owners came in did a major remodeling of the facility. What a difference. The folks managing the park really care. It made our stay much more enjoyable.

We stayed here for two nights while we enjoyed the Balloons and Tunes festival in February. The staff were beyond helpful and treated me and my family as if we were their own. Can't wait to stay here again next year!

Great location. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the RV resort. It has a nice laundry facility on site and a pool. The staff is very friendly. They do sell propane here as well.
