Cute little campground, with clean bathrooms, hot showers, and a nice location. The owner was very helpful and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated her hospitality.

We are traveling with a 37ft. toy hauler 5th wheel. The pull through was gravel, plenty long and wide enough for our rig, truck, and trike. Our spot had a nice picnic table and fire ring (we didn't use). We had full hook ups with 50 amp. The location was very convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park, Red Canyon, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and Mossy Cave. The price was reasonable compared to what I have paid outside of a couple of ther national parks. I would definitely stay here again.

Although this RV Park is cost effective, it is very run down. The showers, bathrooms, and laundry room need to be upgraded or just basically cleaned, refreshed, painted and maintained. As for the campsite it is way to close to the road. You hear semi trucks, cars, RV's, motorcycles, and etc. zooming past during all hours of the day and night. Additionally for the open area in which it is located, there is absolutely no coverage for vehicles or campers. How about more trees or some pergolas? On hot summer days you are exposed to the sun all hours of the day. Thank goodness the temperature drops at night so you can get a reprieve.

The location is great. Nice in between spot for day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Wifi was rough. All gravel. Bathrooms need some work. View was nice. Close to highway so there was a fair amount of road noise.

I would stay here again. I was there in 2019 with a rented RV for one night. We had a pleasant stay, the campsite was tidy and everything was nice. Had a nice table at the site. Service also was very kind and helpful. Were there at end of October, therefore is was kinda cold. We had a night with freezing temps (3,2°F/ -16°C) and service helped us to survive this in our rented RV 😅🙏🏻
